The top of the table clash with Traralgon Olympians has seen the EGUFC BLUE Eagles relinquish the number one position after going down 2 - 1 in a very even contest.
The top of the table clash with Traralgon Olympians has seen the EGUFC Blue Eagles relinquish the number one position after going down 2 - 1 in a very even contest.
The conditions at Traralgon were once again blustery but this week the Eagles were first to settle. They controlled the early contests and maintained possession. Before the ten minute mark, Noah Alexander found space and without panic, neatly slotted his shot past the Traralgon keeper.
This stung the Olympians into action and their work rate started to increase. The Eagles defence were being tested and for a while they held firm. It took a superb long range shot that caught them unaware to tie up the game.
